Hello my Doll fans! I've just returned from a short trip to my lovely hometown Houston. Although I've taken an artistic hiatus that doesn't mean my creative soul has halted. While I was in Texas I created a photography series based upon my youthful environment! The ideal developed when I began my painting ""Winter Butterfly Dreams" based upon my father. My father looks nothing like how he once did in my painting. My father now looks like a broken man due to hepatitis C, a disease he acquitted during the Vietnam war due to in sterile military vaccinations. Going home I wanted to capture what my father current essence, as well as photograph other influential family members. Brittany lives and works in Houston, Texas where she was born and raised. Growing up with a car artist father, and an educator mother she was taught to follow her dreams and accomplish her goals. Her experience in the art world has taught her to incorporate what she loves and what she knows to create innovative works of art.
