Unique Art

“Planet Venus Mini” is a radiant acrylic space painting by Houston celestial artist Brittany Ellis, created for space lovers and those with an explorer’s spirit. This original mini Venus artwork features shimmering glitter accents and hand-painted detail that captures the fiery beauty of planet Venus, set against a starry backdrop. Ideal for brightening up your favorite room or adding to a cosmic gallery wall, this miniature celestial painting celebrates the mystery and power of our solar system’s most radiant planet.

Herstory

Venus, often called Earth’s twin due to its similar size and composition, is the second planet from the Sun and the hottest planet in our solar system. Its thick atmosphere, made mostly of carbon dioxide, traps heat through an extreme greenhouse effect, pushing surface temperatures to over 860°F (460°C). Venus rotates in the opposite direction of most planets and has a day longer than its year—one Venus day equals 243 Earth days. Covered in volcanic plains and toxic clouds of sulfuric acid, Venus remains a subject of fascination for scientists and space lovers intrigued by its hostile yet beautiful nature.
